Asoke Fashion (“we”, “us”) handweaves and sells made-to-order Aṣọ Òkè garments from Lagos, Nigeria, and ships worldwide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
When you place an order or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, shipping address, phone/WhatsApp number, sizing notes, and the contents of your order. We also collect limited technical data — device type and pages viewed — to keep the store working and secure.
We use your information to cut, tailor, and ship your made-to-order pieces; to send order and delivery updates; to answer enquiries over email or WhatsApp; to prevent fraud; and, only if you opt in, to send occasional news about new drops. We never sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by NOWPayments, our third-party crypto payment provider. When you pay, you are directed to their secure environment to complete the transaction in your chosen coin (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT). We do not receive or store your wallet keys or full transaction credentials — only confirmation of payment status linked to your order reference. NOWPayments’ handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
We share data only with the partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider (NOWPayments) and shipping/logistics carriers. These parties receive only what they need and are required to protect it. We may disclose information where legally required.
Your shopping bag is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits. We use minimal analytics to understand how the store is used. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
